Super Soft Sugar Cookies
You know those sugar cookies from the grocery store that are super soft and have pink (sometimes yellow) frosting w/ sprinkles? They look like this...
Know the cookies I'm talking about?
Well, if there's one word that can describe these little guys... it's addicting. If you have one.. you're going to want another. I'm being serious... :)
Anyway, I decided to try and make a copy cat of these cookies from scratch because I had some leftover frosting from the last time I made some cake pops. I just used a little bit of red food coloring (literally 1 drop) and voilà! Pink icing!
Plus who doesn't love sugar cookies?
These cookies have minimal ingredients and are super easy to make! If you don't have frosting, it's okay... they still taste good. Trust me :)
Happy Baking!
