White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Planters sells this nut mix with almonds, cashews, and macadamia nuts. Every time my mom buys them from the grocery store, it only takes about one day for the nut mix to lose all of its macadamia nuts. So who picks out the macadamia nuts from the mix, you ask?
Well.... I'm not going to drop any names... but it could be my sister.
Okay, and me.
I can't help it! I don't know why, but I love macadamia nuts. And they're always really expensive at the grocery store... not cool. So when I was grocery shopping for my mom today, and saw that they were on sale... I couldn't pass them up... just couldn't.
So... what did I make with these macadamia nuts?
These!
