Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

For some reason I always feel like it's Monday... which can be a real drag because they seem to go by sooooo slooowww.

So why not make some Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies to make the day a little better?

This recipe makes a. ton. of. cookies. I'd say about 4- 4 1/2 dozen? It's definitely one to keep in mind when you need to bake for a large crowd.

Easy, simple, drop cookies. Basically it's a traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe with just a little added oatmeal and cocoa powder.

Enjoy!
