My mom showed this recipe to me, and it's probably (actually it is) the best banana bread I've ever tasted.
It tastes great as a Plain Jane, or you can spice it up with some walnuts, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or even a combination!
Banana bread is great for a morning breakfast on the go, or just enjoyed on a lazy day with a cup of coffee or tea.
I love it. It will always remind me of my mom, and I will never stray away from this recipe. It's a keeper :)
Enjoy!
