Baked Oatmeal
Seriously... you need to make this.
I'm not kidding. First of all, it tastes delicious. Second, it can not only be eaten for breakfast, but it's perfect for a brunch, lunch, dinner, snack, really whatever for whenever. Third, it's relatively healthy. Fourth, it's super easy to make. And finally, it makes your apartment/house/wherever your baking smell absolutely wonderful!
So why wouldn't you want to make this lovely little treat? :)
It only takes about 30 minutes in the oven, and about 10 minutes to start making your apartment smell like "cinnamon rolls", as said by my roommate :)

Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk (I used skim)
1 egg
About 2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup craisins
About half a large apple (I used golden delicious!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Spread into an 8x8 cake pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes (until sides are a deep golden brown color and center looks cooked).
Makes about 4 servings. For 8-10 servings, double recipe and bake in 13x9in pan for about 40 minutes!
Also, you can always switch up the recipe! Add in some walnuts or bananas! Maybe even some chocolate!
