(Giant) Oatmeal Chocolate Raisin Cookies
I'm not sure if these are cookies...
Maybe they're snowballs? biscuits? bricks?
Nooooo.... they're cookies, silly.
And they taste delicious :)
My sister found this recipe on Chocolate & Tea and wanted me to make them sooo baddd. So I did!
This recipe is just like all other cookie recipes, except the cookies are sugar-free and you use 1/4 cup measuring cup to make them!
And here's the recipe!
Oatmeal Chocolate Raisin Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cups oat
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.
Beat butter and vanilla in a large bowl until combined.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt; Mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, and combine.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and raisins.
Use a 1/4 inch measuring cup to drop cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 16 minutes (until cookies are golden brown).
